The Environment Centre is once again organising Swansea’s fabulous festive Green Fayre on Sunday 30th November 2008, 10am – 4pm at the National Waterfront Museum, Maritime Quarter, Swansea, SA1 3RD

There’ll be something for everyone at the Green Fayre with up to 50 stalls offering recycled, Fairtrade, organic, eco-friendly and renewable energy products, woodcraft, local handmade gifts, green books and much more! Why not get a funky recycled hand-bag, browse the unique local green wood craft, pamper yourself with some natural handmade beauty products or try on some gorgeous organic and Fairtrade clothes and accessories. Don’t miss this opportunity to find the perfect seasonal gift that wont cost the earth.

Want to find out more about environmental issues that affect you? Visit the information and campaign stalls, find out about recycling in your area or volunteer with local conservation groups. This year the Fayre will also host the latest Undercurrents production, "On The Push - A Surfers Guide To Climate Change" (see www.undercurrents.org). On the Push is an inspiring story about how Anne Gallagher, an ordinary surfer girl from Wales, learns about the serious threat of climate change and how a surfer can help protect the marine environment. Film showings will be held throughout the day.

Entry is free. The Green Fayre is organised by the Environment Centre, a local independent registered charity, tel. 01792 480200.
