We reckon that there's a key issue with the current licensing that is finally being addressed by the Environment Agency. In effect, being licensed as exempt from registration and then breaking up waste electronics isn't technically legal, and yet numerous companies are licensed as exempt and are doing just that!

Yes there is a current 'loop hole' in the system as mentioned. I am led to believe from our sources that the environment agency are well aware of this, and are addressing this issue...
We shall see the outcome..
