It is estimated that 80% of waste that is generated in offices can be recycled. The Closed Loop Office Recycling Scheme helps offices to recycle workplace waste with a particular emphasis on lunchtime packaging. The scheme offers mixed recycling collection for salad packaging, sandwich wrappers, plastic bottles as well as the usual waste of paper and cardboard.
The scheme is unfortunately only running in London, Leeds, Manchester & Birmingham at the moment but the company is planning to roll out the initiative nationwide in over the next two years.
