About Swansea Waste Forum

Swansea Waste Forum (SWF) works toward promoting, supporting and implementing sustainable waste management practices. The forum welcomes representatives from across the public, private and voluntary sectors to take an active involvement in a network that focuses on delivery and action.

Through our diverse network of people and organisations we are able to encourage new partnerships and offer advice on various legislations and funding opportunities.

We work on initiatives that will engage the public and private businesses in participation of waste minimisations initiatives that are available to them in Swansea.

SWF serves as a platform for information exchange, education & awareness raising with regard to current issues in waste.

The Forum promotes equal participation from all its members. We meet quarterly and a steering group oversees the agenda for SWF to keep members engaged and active.
